Our Operations

OML 30

OML 30 lies onshore within the Niger Delta in one of the most prolific oil and gas provinces in the world. The license covers 1,097 square kilometers located about 35km East of Warri in great Ughelli depobelt and contains eight fields; Afiesere, Eriemu, Evwreni, Oweh, Olomoro-Oleh, Kokori, Oroni, Uzere with oil and gas contained in numerous stacked reservoirs.
OML 30 has 8 Producing Flow stations and 5 Gas lift compression stations (Evwreni, Afiesere, Kokori, Olomoro and Uzere Compressor Station). The production from the flowstation is gathered into the Ughelli Pump Station (UPS) from where liquids are pumped into the Trans Forcardos Pipeline (TFP) for evacuation to Forcados. The gas from the compressor station is used as fuel gas for power generation, run the compressors and as lift gas.

Flowstations

Flowstations
The design of the flow stations follows a similar template, and vessels are similarly sized, making operations and maintenance straightforward. Total capacity is c. 380,000 bpd, while Current throughput is c. 140,000 bpd so there is substantial existing capacity to accommodate future production. Crude oil from the wells is gathered at field specific flow stations.
The flowstations are designed as either a single bank station comprising one oil stabilization train or a double bank station with two oil stabilization trains. Each stabilization train comprises of HP Separators and LP Separators, where two phase separation takes place. The stations are also equipped with test separators, surge vessels, crude oil pumps and metering systems.

Oroni Flowstation

Oroni Flowstation was commissioned in 1970. It is built on land and processes well fluids from the Oroni wells. The station is equipped with one stabilization train with a total installed capacity of 30,000bbl/day.

Evwreni Flowstation

Evwreni Flowstation was commissioned in 1967. It is built on land and the station processes well fluids from the Evwreni wells. The station is equipped with one stabilization train with a total installed capacity of 30,000bbl/day.

Evwreni Flowstation

Uzere Flowstation was commissioned in 1965. It is built on land and the station processes well fluids from the Uzere West wells (solely owned by OML 30) and Uzere East field (OML 28), which straddles Uzere West. The station is equipped with two stabilization trains with a total installed capacity of 60,000bbl/day.
