General Manager, Technical
Ojo Joseph is the General Manager Operations at Shoreline Natural Resources Limited. He is responsible for managing Well Operations & Engineering, Production Operations and Facilities Engineering/Capital Projects.
His position is focal for the interface with the Joint Venture partners to achieve the approved production targets, field development plans and to monitor performance of the agreed annual work programs and budget.
Since 15th January 2018, Joseph has overseen our Technical and Operations team. He has over 30 years in Operations management in the oil and gas industry. He has worked in various technical and operations management roles. He has contributed immensely to the growth of our production profile.
Prior to joining SNRL, he worked as the Operations Manager for Shell for over 30 years where the focus of his role was effective management of Production Facilities, Export Terminals, and offshore facilities.
He was the offshore Production Manager at Shell Malaysia for 3 years where he successfully completed the turnaround maintenance of several production facilities to improve asset integrity and production stability.
Joseph is a Mechanical Engineer, Internationally Certified Technical Authority (TA) in Oil and Gas Operations and holds MBA from University of Benin. He is a member of several bodies including Society of Petroleum Engineers.
