Shoreline Natural Resources Engages Energy Leaders at NIES 2026

Shoreline Natural Resources Limited (SNRL) reinforced its leading role in shaping critical conversations around Nigeria’s energy sector through its participation at the Nigeria International Energy Summit (NIES) 2026, held from February 2-5, 2026.

As a Gold Sponsor of this year’s summit, SNRL supported one of the industry’s premier platforms for dialogue on regulatory clarity, energy investments, and strategic collaboration across Nigeria’s energy value chain.

The SNRL delegation was led by Chairman Mr. Kola Karim and Managing Director Mr. Tunde Karim. Mr. Kola Karim participated as a panelist in the session “Regulatory Diplomacy & Policy Architecture: Forging Africa’s Unified Energy Voice,” which examined how aligning regulations across African countries—guided by frameworks like the African Union’s energy architecture and Nigeria’s Petroleum Industry Act (PIA)—can reduce investment risk and accelerate infrastructure development across the continent.

Key discussions at NIES 2026 centered on restoring Nigeria’s oil production targets, advancing gas commercialization projects, improving regulatory clarity under the PIA, and attracting foreign investment to the upstream sector.

Shoreline Natural Resources continues to actively participate in industry platforms that contribute to Nigeria’s energy security and economic development.
